using this software.  Use of this software indicates your acceptance of
these terms and conditions.  If you do not agree with them, do not use

Model ChemLab 1.2a - Retail Version 

1. Model Science grants to you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, license to 
use ChemLab 1.2, in binary executable form only. You use one copy of this
software on a single computer. You may also use this software on additional 
computers if you have a separate license for each computer that this software is
to be distributed to. 

You may also make a single copy of this software for backup or archival purposes.

You may not rent or lease this software. 


2. THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, 
INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR 
PURPOSE OR NONINFRINGEMENT. MODEL SCIENCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY THEORY OR ANY DAMAGES 
SUFFERED BY YOU OR ANY USER OF THE SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION.  

3. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to
the Software shall remain with Model Science Software.
